Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada is one of the Afghan American actress in the United States who has appeared in several TV shows. She is an actress from Afghanistan who was born in Kabul Afghanistan. After fleeing her home country, her family moved towards America. US. She was given asylum in the US and permitted to stay. Her sister in law took care of her within Northern Virginia. Ghanizada's on-air camera career being featured in numerous National Commercials. Ghanizada's performance as Chiara in Laura Neri 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose as Chiara earned her a nomination for Best Actress at a film festival. She was also an actress in numerous television shows, like How I Met Your Mother Veronica Mars Wedding Bells Num3RS Bones Psych & Castle. She most recently had a supporting role in the action science fiction film Blood Shot (2009) and the independent comedies You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada was a part of her role in the General Hospital spinoff General Hospital that aired on prime time television. Season 2 of Night Shift saw Ghanizada portray the role of Dr. Saira Bhatra, a specialist in holistic medical practices. Ghanizada played Kelly, the Prada Sales Girl in HBO Entourage during 2009 and was cast as a character in the television pilot Tough Trade by Weeds creator Jenji Kohn as well as the executive producer T Bone Burnett.
