Aleesha could make herself the top female bodybuilder professional during the later portion of 2010. Aleesha was part of the largest family in which there were athletes. Her father competed in bodybuilding, while her siblings were involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha played softball, soccer as well as basketball until she began bodybuilding at the age of 15. Aleesha was able to earn her professional certification through taking home her first NPC USA Championships 2014. She started competing in 2008. In 2014, she participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she ninth. Aleesha was able to hold onto an 8th place finish in the 2015. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha was ranked sixth place at her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha was steady improvement since has won her debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after taking her first Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS performance came in 2020. She finished in fourth place. The "World's Strongest Mom" has been taking a wellness break.
